Equation Wizard Help. About brackets



Brackets are used to group expressions. If you enclose part of an expression in brackets, arithmetical sings near it will be applied to the expression in brackets as a whole.



Example:


Without brackets With brackets
Expression Means Expression Means
3+x÷2 (3+x)÷2
x^2+3 x^(2+3)
2+3√100 (2+3)√100
